Jarrett Construction Services has been contracted as the Construction Manager for the Diocese of Wheeling Charleston for the renovation of 1033 Quarrier Street Building and connecting to the Sacred Heart School. The building is a project that has been in the planning for 5 years.
The building is 7 floors and nearly 35,000 sf of space. The 7th floor will become a mechanical mezzanine for the modern HVAC system. A data center for the Sacred Heart complex will be on the 6th floor. The remaining five floor will house 13 class rooms to accommodate the immediate needs of the school and allow for future expansion.
