Little Caesar’s – Summersville

Construction of a new free standing Little Caesars Pizza in Summersville, WV. This is the first owner built franchise of the new store model for VDM Management of WV. Work consists of a parcel of land purchased in the parking lot of a strip mall. Site asphalt had to be removed, and all new utilities and taps ran to the site. A concrete drive thru and heavy duty asphalt pavement handle traffic and deliveries. A 1000 gallon grease pit is dedicated to this building as well.

Building is a 1,950sf wood framed building with flat roof wood trusses on a structural concrete slab, with a membrane roof. The slab on grade shall be monolithic in form with turned down edges, and achieving twelve inch in thickness. Exterior finishes include EIFS, Storefront glass, and simulated stone veneer with metal accent cladding. An overhang wraps the front of the building with lights and architectural metal cladding.

Interior consists of heavy kitchen equipment, retail and dining area and 2 restrooms. Finishes are quarry tile floors and FRP in the kitchen, and porcelain floor tile and wall tile in the retail, dining and restrooms. Ceilings are ACT and vinyl faced ACT. There is one drive thru window to accommodate those customers that are in a hurry for the Little Caesar’s pizza.

Project is a 150 day turnover from site start to finish. The project is expected to be delivered in Early May.
