GARRETT MILLS APARTMENT COMPLEX – GRAFTON, WV – General Construction Services of a new two building 36 unit apartment complex. The construction type is slab on grade, wood frame, brick and siding buildings with fire suppression systems. Site work including storm sewer, water main, underground electric and data. This project was on top of a mountain and involved heavy rock excavation as well as complex water retention.
