Fat Patty’s Expansion – Huntington
Expansion of Fat Patty’s Restaurant in Huntington, WV. The owner purchased the adjacent furniture store, to expand into to add a new commercial kitchen, new freezer/cooler, food storage, dishwashing station, new restrooms, new bar, private party room, and expanded overflow dining. The exterior of the building was given a new face lift which included new insulated storefront, EIFS, and simulated stone veneer, and new 2nd floor windows, new canopy, and new sign. The other sides of the building were painted, and tuck pointed. A new sprinkler system and fire alarm was also installed.

Interior consists of heavy kitchen equipment; Finishes are quarry tile floors and FRP in the kitchen. 2 new openings were made into the demising wall to connect the two builds. Restaurant finishes included exposed original brick, custom wood bar, pilasters, door openings surrounds, soffits, barn doors, chalkboard, carpet tiles, or porcelain floor tile and wall tile, solid surface bar tops, and restroom tops, colored ACT in the restaurant area and vinyl faced ACT in the kitchen.
Project is 120 day duration.
