Elizabeth Way is a three story, 32 apartment building designed for the senior living. The building will have 14 one bedroom and 18 two bedroom apartments. Each floor has community spaces designed for the comfort and enjoyment of the residence. Meeting rooms, card room and laundry facilities are all included for the comfort all residences. Additional storage spaces are designed for the convenience of all. The building will have an office located on the 1st floor at the main entrance.
The construction will be a slab on grade, stem wall foundations, three story wood framed structure with brick and vinyl siding. The site development will include parking for all residence, staff and maintenance personnel. The project will also include a sprinkler system and individual mechanical systems in the building.
