Soggy weather couldn’t dampen the spirits at our latest groundbreaking ceremony! We were proud to spend Veterans Day with about 50 other folks turning dirt (mud, in this case, ?) in Logan, West Virginia for the new veterans housing facility, Loganwood Apartments!
A big thanks to our lifetime client, Johan Graham of AU Associates, the WV Housing Development Fund, the City of Logan, Logan County Commission, Housing Authority of Logan County, Housing Authority of Mingo County, Logan Housing Corporation, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Mayor Nolletti and the many other team members that have brought this day to fruition.
On-site work will start in January and our first veterans will be moving in in the spring of 2024.
