This project included general construction services and total site work of a new automobile dealership in Teays Valley, WV. Sitting on 2.5 acres of pavement, the Outlet is a two building complex, housing a 3,200 square foot operations center constructed of masonry, concrete, glass and steel with an 800 square foot service building with four service bays. Three sides of the site perimeter are enclosed with over 1,200 linear feet of fencing. Another project complete on schedule with a $3000 rebate to the Owner.
