VALLEY HEALTH CLINIC – MILL CREEK, WV – 2100 square foot addition and renovation of an additional 2000 square foot of an existing space. The addition consisted of seven exam rooms, two optometry rooms, triage room, patient restroom and office. The renovated existing space created a more private check-in/checkout area, and new x-ray room. The addition consisted of conventional strip footers, foundation masonry, concrete slab on grade, wood framed walls and trusses, brick veneer, painted drywall, seamless flooring, new HVAC and new electric service. The parking lot was also repaved.
