The project is a two story 16,000 sf wood framed medical office building. The building sets on grade beam foundations supported by helical piers. The 1st floor is concrete slab. The exterior of the building will be a combination of brick veneer and metal siding. The building will be served with 3 phase electric to serve the elevator and x-ray equipment.

The site consists of a solid waste treatment plant, storm water management and underground utilities. The parking lot is designed for 67 spaces, two planted islands, curbs and lighting.
