Construction management for renovations to the 95-year-old Rose City Press building in downtown Charleston, WV. The existing six-story, concrete frame warehouse conversion accommodates ten loft-style apartments and includes, new roofing, electrical and plumbing systems and concrete and brick demolition to accommodate ten, 17 feet wide balcony openings all with an outstanding view of the Kanawha River, the South Side Bridge and the State Capitol.
