Renovation to a former 7,340 square foot pizzeria for new owners of a Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar. Work includes 14 new exhaust hoods, seven new roof mounted make up air units, seven new roof mounted exhaust fans, 14 new electric griddles, upgraded electric service, additional plumbing, new sushi bar, interior renovations, new flooring, painting and a new 26’ wooded Tori Gate for the entry.
