The PETECH building showcased our ability to work within and meet deadlines. Here, we were asked to provide programming, design and build services for a new 12,000 square foot office building, all within a nine-month timeframe. Completion of the project included use of a structural steel frame, brick facade and new landscaping, including a fully automatic sprinkler system – all with routine updates to PETECH partners regarding project progress. Our team completed the project, exactly when promised, under budget and with no lost-time injuries.
