Built completely on a Brownfield Site, this 50,000 square foot facility was a first for the state of West Virginia. Initially contracted to manage the project, we expanded to the construction of the parts and service center and when combined with their own subcontractors, saved the owner tens of thousands of dollars. Not unusual to Brownfield Sites, the project implemented a below slab ventilation system that vented through the roof that could be accessible for testing air quality. The structure offers office and waiting areas, a retail parts outlet, a 2,400 square foot second floor for parts storage and 30,000 square feet in the rear of the building dedicated to a 45-car, computerized service area – the largest in the state.
