A two-story addition and code upgrade to an existing two-story church in Charleston, WV. Renovations include adding sprinklers to an existing 10,560 square foot building, ADA upgrades, new covered drop off area, new elevator and a two-story conference and classroom addition and new entry, on a very difficult site with a steep elevation change. A competitive and invitation only hard bid job, Jarrett Construction Services saved the church over $70,000 on the original bid and an additional $20,000 in sales and B&O tax.
